Inflation caused T mobile raise their plan price and rates

Thousands of customers are going to effect by 2.7 percent increase in T Mobile plan rates. Company gets high level of complaints on 150 and operators refuse to give any postal address or email for correspondence.  

T mobile had posted letters to thousands of its customer, informing them about their new plan rates are going to implement from May , this year. Moreover on exceeding mobile allowance customers will be paying different and increased rates.

 T mobile claims inflation has caused company to raise its set charges and customers are bound under terms of contract. New customers who were not expecting this sudden rise, tried to finish the contract, have been told by T mobile they can only do so by paying termination fee.

Leading telecom company in UK, T mobile have a complicated way to get hold of an advisor. There is not any direct numeric option leading to speak to customer service operator. A customer have to wait and press different options. After ringing 150, direct options lead to billing, upgrading, price plan, technical issue or to inform when phone is stolen.

T Mobile customer service representatives are telling their customers that there is no email or postal address for correspondence or to raise their concerns.
